CREIGHTON MODEL FERTILITYCARE SYSTEM (CrMS)

CrMS provides a complete solution for women’s reproductive health backed by decades of research. The CrMS relies upon the standardized observation and charting of biological markers that are essential to a woman’s health and fertility. These ‘biomarkers” tell the couple when they are naturally fertile and infertile, allowing the couple to use the system either to achieve or to avoid pregnancy. These biomarkers also telegraph abnormalities in a woman’s health. At Northland FertilityCare, we help women to understand the critical role of hormones in the management of their health.

Getting Started

STEP 1. ATTEND AN INTRODUCTORY SESSION

The first step in learning the Creighton Model FertilityCare™System is to attend a FREE Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System Introductory Session. The Introductory Session is a presentation that acquaints you with the System, introduces its scientific foundations, and provides basic information on how to start charting.

STEP 2. GET MATERIALS, SCHEDULE FIRST FOLLOW-UP, START CHARTING

During the introductory session, you will have the opportunity to purchase client materials and schedule your first follow-up Session. Also, after completing the introductory session you will be ready to start charting. Your first follow-up will take place two weeks after the introductory session.

STEP 3. ATTEND FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS

It is during the Follow-up Sessions that the majority of instruction in the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System takes place and is tailored to your particular needs. Clients should attend eight Follow-up Sessions over the course of the first year of using the System (more may be necessary depending on your reproductive category). You will get a more in-depth schedule after attending your first follow-up. Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System Follow-ups are always private one-on-one sessions so that the System may be personalized for the user. At each Follow-up we will work in detail on perfecting your observation and charting routine, discuss any questions or concerns you might be facing, and gradually advance your instructions. Couples are encouraged to attend appointments together, however this is not required.
